What areas do you serve?

We serve Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina & South Carolina. Each of our coordinators is based in a different location, and every one of them is trained to work in every location — so wherever you’re getting married, you’ll have a coordinator who knows exactly how we do things.

What's the difference between your two packages?

It comes down to when we join you and how much we take on. Full Planning begins the moment you book: we walk beside you from start to finish with personalized planning, budgeting, curated vendor selection and management, event design and styling, timeline creation, and floor plan design, then carry out your wedding day. Event Coordination is for couples who have already planned their wedding and want a professional to bring it all together: three virtual planning meetings, timeline and vendor communication beginning six weeks out, ceremony rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day execution. Both include access to the Olive Branch Events bridal portal.

How do you structure wedding day coverage?

Every wedding is customized, so we describe our work by service rather than by hours. We build your coverage around what your day needs — your rehearsal, your timeline, day-of coordination, and the set up and tear down of your décor.

How do I book / what's the retainer?

A 50% retainer is due at booking to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due 6 months before your wedding. If your wedding is within 6 months, payment is due in full up front. Start with the inquiry form below and we’ll take it from there.

How far in advance should we book?
